What if healing your gut isn’t about learning new habits but unlearning old ones ✨ But seriously, stomach issues are no joke!!! When a little bit of ice cream or the decision to go to hot pot can wreak havoc on your day, no thank you! 🙂‍↔️ THE recipe that needs to be in your rotation. That is if you like delicious, nutritious, quick and high protein meals 🤔 Ive been a dietitian for 5 years and been in corporate healthcare for 7. And I know that if could redo everything all over again, I’d still choose to be a dietitian. Specifically, a GI dietitian to help solve all your belly issues, restaurant woes and toilet troubles. 2026 isn’t about “fixing” who you are, it’s about taking care of the person you’ve become. My humble opinion: the bigger the better when it comes to salads. And eating out of mixing bowls is perfect because less dishes!! 🫡 Full days of eats and noms! 😋 sorry I’m busy making healthy eating as easy as 1-2-3 🤷🏻‍♀️ There’s something so comforting about a simple meal that makes you feel amazing inside and out.
